Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain data centre and ensure no interruption to server or service running in the data centre.
  • To provide support on hardware or software installation, maintenance and implementation of servers, SAN/NAS storage, LAN/WAN/VPN network infrastructure and upkeep well of data centre.
  • Responsible for vendor perform and schedule maintenance (UPS, Genset, precision air-conditioner, water leaking detection and etc).
  • Perform daily task to make sure system is BAU.
  • Provide evidence to auditor on security compliance include in AD, server, system and data centre.
  • Ensure all security audit and PCI DSS is fulfilled and implemented.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.


Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess with a minimum four (4) years of working experience in IT infrastructure design and architecture across multiple distributed computing technologies including server, network, and storage technologies.
  • Proficient and experience in the implementation and management of the following technical disciplines: -
    • Windows server, AD, DNS, WSUS, SAP technology and implementation.
    • Install antivirus and monitor centralize management to make sure all users and servers are properly protected to mitigate cyberattack and ransomware.
    • Knowledge in backup software Veeam and SAN storage system.
    • Maintain backup system (Veeam system) and make sure all backup job is running smoothly.
    • Perform Server patching and involve in DR drill.
    • 1st level support on system issue and troubleshoot with minimal guidance and supervision.
    • Linux OS / Open source OS (Centos and ubuntu).
    • Knowledge in security on server and best practise to secure network will be an added advantage.
  • Good in managing crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve problems.
  • Candidate must have good troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
