Job Responsibilities:
  • To handle daily administrative of front desk duties which includes emails, mails, and all incoming calls.
  • To handle and deal with all enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Warmly greet and attend to walk-in guests, visitors, or clients.
  • Manage daily postal, courier services delivery, and pick-up arrangements.
  • Manage payment collection that should be submitted to relevant departments.
  • Ensure reception areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assist to monitor office cleaners, bosses parking, and reservations.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, as and when is assigned by immediate superior. 
 
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must have at least one (1) year of working experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Good working attitude, pleasant outlook, and personality.
  • High integrity and responsibility level.
  • Detailed, meticulous, and proactive.
  • Sense of urgency and work within timeline given.
  • Good communication and liaising skills with all levels of people.
  • Must be able to start immediately, under two (2) months contract.
