GHL Systems enables K Gen Loyalty to reach consumers and merchants across the Asian region
Kuala Lumpur, 19 June 2009 – GHL Systems was appointed by K Gen Loyalty, a consumer-oriented loyalty company to develop its regional co-brand loyalty network which was recently launched in Malaysia.
The loyalty network with over 120,000 members spanning across the Asian region including Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia is designed to benefit both consumers and merchants by linking a whole range of individual loyalty programmes under one roof.
The loyalty network is based on GHL Systems’ loyalty engine, PivotPoints which is built on NetTransact solution suite. This complete and customizable solution features online/offline point transactions, cards and loyalty merchant management and accounting system. It offers a flexible redemption and management processes with back-end administration that is fully web-based.
PivotPoints’ open integration and application platform enables new technology and applications to grow in step with clients’ business objectives. The network provides merchants with the opportunity to increase their number of potential customers by sharing a vast pool of customers who are members of K Gen Loyalty which in turn will be entitled to discounts, rebates, gifts and value-added services from the participating merchants across various co-brand loyalty programmes.
