The L-300‘s multi-function router-and-modem combination although designed primarily for financial transactions (supporting ISO8583), can also be used to route other types of data traffic.

The NetAccess™ L-300® offers not only unparalleled performance but also its Intelligent Failover mechanism where it can be configured to have a secondary or tertiary channel as a backup to a primary one - in essence allows it to provide a reliable WAN link using multiple, low reliability links.

  • Payment transaction routing & concentration

In its native form the L-300 is designed to route ISO8583 transactions using the message’s TPDU or specific fields within the message. This concentration ability allows Banks to use it to connect multiple TCP/IP devices to Hosts that can only accept a singular TCP/IP client connection.

  • Generic Traffic Routing

The NetAccess L-300 can also function as a router and modem combination. The L-300’s highly reliability virtual WAN link (supported by its intelligent failover mechanism) guarantees that the network traffic is delivered to its destination reliably.

  • Intelligent failover mechanism

The L-300 can be configured to have a secondary or tertiary channel as a backup to a primary one, in essence allowing it to provide a reliable WAN link using multiple, low reliability links.
