When we speak of Employee Benefits, two departments in
any sizable organization get heavily bogged down with
paperwork. The Human Resources/Administrative Department
and the Finance/Accounts Department respectively.
Mainly, the HR Department will have to verify the
authenticity of the incoming claims from employees on a
month-end basis. The department will also have to
cross-check which employee is entitled to what sort of
claims based on level or special arrangements. When HR
handles thousands of staff with thousands of claims, the
problem begins. On top of that, HR department will also
have to handle issues between panel clinics and the
company.
Benetrax provides a total end-to-end solution to
employers to resolve all the hassle of processing,
monitoring and controlling employee benefits.
In a nutshell, a Benetrax card terminal will be
installed at all respective service providers such as
clinics, car workshops, F&B outlets, canteen etc. or
whichever location the employer require. Each time an
employee visits any of the locations or panel service
providers, all the employee have to do is swipe the
Benetrax card at the terminal. The transaction will be
captured in real-time and into the Benetrax server
hosted in GHL office.
GHL will settle all payments to all service providers in
seven(7) working days whilst the employer will settle
payments with RHB Bank in 30 days. RHB Bank is the
partner bank to GHL for Benetrax.
No Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) -
Benetrax does not require any CAPEX as all system
hardware, software, terminals and all related
peripherals and services are provided by GHL.
Cost effective operating
expenditure (OPEX) - Annual Subscription Fee charged
and one-off cost for printing of Benetrax cards
translate to a transparent all-in-one pricing model
with no other hidden costs.
Single point of contact - by
integrating components of payments solutions and
